The Real Pie Company Ltd will endeavour to either refund the customer the full product price or provide replacement goods if the customer is not satisfied with the service provided, providing The Real Pie Company Ltd is notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and for reasons that The Real Pie Company Ltd has control over.
