Do you still sell your pies on QVC UK?

Currently we do not sell our pies on QVC UK.

 

Do you offer gluten free pies?

We don’t offer gluten free pies at the moment, but we are working on this so check back regularly for an update.

 

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We endeavour to provide you with high quality products and service. Due to the nature of the product we are unable to offer returns. But If you are not satisfied with our service we will either refund you the full product price or provide replacement goods – providing we are notified of the problem within 48 hours of receipt of the goods and for reasons that we have control over.

Please be aware during the delivery process we use a third party courier who also has set guidelines for distribution.

 

Where can I buy your products?

The simplest and easiest way is to order on our website. You can also buy our products directly from our shops in Cowfold and Huntingdon. Our products are also available from a selected number of shops and farm shops. See the list of Stockists here.

 

I have a shop/farm shop, how can I stock your products?

If you would like to stock our products please contact us at orders@realpie.co.uk.

 

I have a cafe, restaurant, pub, football club – can we buy your pies?

We are in the process of producing in bulk frozen boxes of pies, pasties and sausage rolls suitable for large orders. Please contact us at orders@realpie.co.uk for more information.

What name will appear on my credit/debit card order?

All orders by card will be processed by Square and will be charged to Ready Eats Ltd.

 

What cards do you accept?

We accept all Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards.

 

Why should I set up an account with you?

If you set up an account with us rather than check out as a guest you will receive our best offers and have the ability to see all your past orders as well as access to our fast ordering system.

 

Can I “Click & Collect”?

We currently don’t offer this service although we are looking into offering this soon.

You can visit our shop in Huntingdon to buy all our products but currently these can not be pre-ordered on the Site.

 

Do you do Subscriptions?

We know it can be a hassle to have to repeat orders so we will shortly be introducing a monthly subscription service.

 

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. If you want to share your love of pies, you can purchase a gift voucher.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of our Standard delivery is £5.95.

 

Do you offer free delivery?

You can get Free Delivery if you spend over £50 on our products after any discount code have been applied.

 

When will my pies be delivered?

All our pies are baked fresh to order. It usually takes 3-5 working days for your products to be baked and prepared for shipment.

We aim to have the courier pick up the day after baking and the delivery is within 48 hours of pickup.

At busy times delivery may take longer.

 

Who will deliver my order?

For pies and multiple products we use DPD courier service to deliver your order. We recommend that you use DPD app to track your delivery.

For the delivery of some sweet bakes we use Royal Mail.

 

Can I nominate a delivery time?

Unfortunately delivery times are in the hands of our courier company and we are currently unable to offer specific delivery slots.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an e-mail with the details of your courier and full tracking details, courtesy of our courier.

 

How will I be notified about my delivery?

On the day when your parcel is shipped from us, you will receive an email from DPD with your options and parcel tracking information.

On the day of delivery you will receive a message with your estimated delivery time slot.

You can track progress of your delivery on line following the  link on DPD email and via DPD app.

Please ensure you double check your mobile phone number when placing your order. Please also be aware that the times mentioned are estimates.

All deliveries can be left in a designated safe place or with a neighbour.

 

I received a delivery notification from DPD, but I won’t be at home. What do I do?

If you won’t be at home, your parcel will be left by your front door. You can specify a ‘safe place’ for the delivery driver to leave your parcel (follow the link in the email from DPD).

 

Where do you deliver to?

We only deliver to mainland UK. Unfortunately we can not deliver to Ireland or the Scottish Highlands and Islands or the following postcodes: AB 31-56, BT, FK17-21, GY, HS1-9, IM, IV1-39, IV 40-51, IV55-56, IV63, JE, KA 27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH19-99, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.

Will the pies and other products be delivered frozen or chilled?

All our pie products are delivered chilled. We use special packaging that keeps our pies nice and chilled during the delivery process.

 

Can I freeze my pies?

Our pies are baked fresh daily and can be frozen for up to 6 months.

We recommend that you freeze them as soon as you receive them.

For the best result, defrost the pie before reheating and make sure it is cooked throughout before serving. Do not refreeze.

 

How long can my pie be kept in the fridge?

Our pies are made fresh on ordering so they will be in top condition in your fridge for 4 days.

 

How do I cook / reheat your pies?

Chilled – Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Remove outer packaging. Place in a preheated oven, Bake at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 25-30 mins or until piping hot. Times may vary depending on your appliance.

Frozen – Thaw fully and heat as above. Do not refreeze.
