This is our take on everyone’s favourite almond layered dessert.

Our Bakewell Slice has a layer of shortcrust pastry, followed by a thick layer of Apple, Plum and Rhubarb jam and a layer of soft frangipane sponge.

It is of course topped with sugar icing and glacé cherries!

So moreish, you wouldn’t be able to resist it!

Our Bakewell Slice comes in a foil tray pre-cut into 6 portions.
