Our Spiced Apple Chutney is sweet and tangy with a spicy kick.
The mustard seeds add a slightly bitter and pungent flavour to the chutney, while the cayenne pepper gives it a spicy heat. The ginger adds a warm and slightly sweet flavour, and the vinegar provides a tangy acidity that balances out the sweetness of the apples, sultanas and sugar.
